My niece was born with( hemangioma - benign angioma consisting of a mass of blood vessels; some appear as birthmarks).I would like to ask any good photomanipulator if you could make her face without this dreadful mark,she`s only 7 years old but already feels like an outcast,mostly she has this wine colour around her mouth and neck.Please Help or ask anyone you might know to help,thank you.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I came across this image in a random search, and can't help but be moved. You're niece is a beautiful girl, and I hope that she is proud of who she is, despite everything.
I don't know if i qualify as a good photo manipulator, or if you still would like this photo edited, but I tried with both images of her, and I hope you like what I have done.
Mainly, i just tried to remove the redness of her skin. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, and sorry I couldn't come up with some other decoration of her image, but here they are anyways.
