i was surprised that you answered to my question,thank you so much.This picture is so old would like to put the kids in any nice background as i see here on the DA people have the talent and do amazing things.in March i posted this photo and asked for help but not one person took the time to at least look and try to make this amazing litle girl happy since she had just lost her father from cancer.My niece was born with( hemangioma - benign angioma consisting of a mass of blood vessels; some appear as birthmarks).I would like to ask any good photomanipulator if you could make her face without this dreadful mark,she`s only 7 years old but already feels like an outcast,mostly she has this wine colour around her mouth and neck.Please Help or ask anyone you might know to help,thank you.

You're welcome. Only later did I notice that you requested a new background. I should have read closer, but at least you have your original photo with it's essence. :)
